Over time, CSF has established a network of reliable suppliers supportive of our objectives and often willing to offer below-market prices or waive minimum order requirements.

Considerable research goes into the purchasing effort, not only to obtain the best prices, but to ensure that everything from building to classroom materials, bricks to books, conform with Ministry of Education standards applicable to construction and curriculum.

Through its Hong Kong office, CSF enjoys the added advantage of quick and easy access to the major manufacturing centers of the Pearl River Delta, where almost every kind of product can be sourced. CSF combines nearly 40 years of experience in China and the region to the purchasing effort for China’s rural schools.
